Process for Change/ Update Address and Other Details
- You must fill out this application on behalf of your first candidate. Provide proof of an address change, or other details.

If applicants do not have evidence of a change in address, he is able to certify the request to the individuals listed below.

UIDAI permits users of Aadhaar cardsto change their address without needing documents. Aadhaar cardholders could change their address, even if they had not presented evidence of their identity.
New Delhi: The Unique Identification Authority of India has temporarily halted a vital facility that allows you to change the address of your Aadhaar card's address with no identification document.
UIDAI allows holders of Aadhaar cards to change their address without requiring documentation. Aadhaar card holders can alter their address if they are able to consent to the authentication that the address verifyer. An address verifier can be a friend, relative or landlord that allows the Aadhaar card user to use their address to prove their identity.
UIDAI has now stopped this facility. UIDAI was notified by an Aadhaar Card owner by tweeting that the option to update address on Aadhaar Card by submitting an Address Validation Letter has been discontinued. UIDAI has asked an Aadhaar provider to alert users of the possibility to update their address with another accepted PoA document.

UIDAI offers the following documents to be POA documents (Proof Of Address) documents that contain Name and Address for Aadhaar cards
Passport
Statement/Passbook for Post Office Accounts
Driving license
Water Bill (not more than 3 months)
Telephone Landline Bill (not older than 3 months)
A Credit Card statement (not older that 3 months).
The letter is signed and includes a picture of the corporate registered on letterhead

Freedom Fighter Card
Kissan Passbook
Passport of Spouse
Travel documents of parents (in cases of children)
Central/ State Govt. issued an allotment notice to accommodate. (Not any longer than 3 years)
Bhamashah Card/Jan-Aadhaar card issued by the Governmentt. Rajasthan
